Who we are

Paksi.Studio sells digital products in the form of guides and working tools, operating from Indonesia. This site and all of its content are managed by Paksi.Studio.

Using this site

• You may read, download free material, and buy products for your own use.
• You may not copy the site’s content for resale, or disrupt the service in any way.
• We may change, add, or discontinue particular products at any time. Products you have already bought remain accessible to you.

Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive, see, or store your card number. An order is valid once the payment has been confirmed by that provider.

Rights to the content

All content of the products and this site belongs to Paksi.Studio. Buying gives you permission to use it for your own purposes; it does not transfer ownership of the content. Redistributing, uploading elsewhere, or reselling is not permitted.

Names of other parties’ products and services mentioned in the material belong to their respective owners. Paksi.Studio is independent and not affiliated with them.

Your personal data

• We collect your name and email only to send files, product news, and replies to your messages.
• That data is not sold or shared with other parties for marketing.
• You can stop receiving email at any time, and ask for your data to be deleted through the contact page.

Limits of liability

The material here is educational. We try to keep it accurate and update it when the tools covered change, but the results you get depend on how you apply it.

We do not promise any particular business result, income, or performance, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on this material. For legal, tax, or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party payment and email delivery providers. When you use their services, their terms also apply. We choose reasonable providers but do not control their services.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown when you bought, and changes do not apply retroactively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it through direct conversation first.
