Almost every purchase problem comes from the same few causes. Find the one closest to your situation; it is usually sorted in two minutes without contacting anyone.
Before paying
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, in US dollars. Checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. It takes the payment, handles sales tax for your country, and emails you the files.
The buy button does nothing
Reload the page once. If it still does nothing, an ad blocker is probably blocking the checkout page too.
Turn it off for this site for a moment, or open the page in a private window.
The page says checkout opens soon
Checkout for that title is not open yet. The price shown is in US dollars. You can get the free Starter Kit in the meantime.
While paying
Payment failed or the card was declined
The usual causes: a daily card limit, an extra bank verification that was not completed, or a card that does not allow online payments abroad.
Check your banking app’s notifications first, or pay with PayPal instead.
I was charged but saw an error
Do not pay again. Look for the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy; the download link is in it.
If nothing has arrived after an hour, contact us with the date, time, and amount of the payment.
After paying
The files have not reached my email
Wait five minutes, then check the promotions and spam folders. Most cases end here.
Still nothing? Sign in at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders with the email you bought with. Every order and its files are there.
I mistyped my email when buying
Contact us through the contact page with the wrong address, the right one, and roughly when you bought. We will correct it.
The file will not open
It is an ordinary PDF. If it fails to open, the download was probably cut off. Download it again from the same link.
On a phone, use a PDF reader app rather than a messaging app’s built-in preview.
