What you buy

One downloadable digital file. It is not a physical item and not a subscription. You pay once and the file is yours for your own use, including every future content update at no extra cost.

Refunds

A downloaded digital product cannot be returned the way a physical item can, so we do not promise no-questions-asked refunds. Here is what we do:

The file is damaged or will not openWe send it again. If the problem remains, you get a full refund.
You were charged twice for the same productThe extra charge is refunded in full, without you having to ask repeatedly.
The content is far from what the product page promisedTell us which part does not match. If we described it wrongly, you get your money back.
You changed your mind after readingThis is not covered. That is why each product page shows the contents, who the book suits, and who it does not, all readable before you pay.

The safest way to judge before buying: get the free material first. The writing style and depth are exactly the same as the paid products.

How to request one

  1. Send a message through the contact pageInclude your purchase email and the approximate date of the transaction.
  2. Explain the situation in a few sentencesNo need to be formal. The clearer the problem, the faster it is resolved.
  3. We reply within two working daysIf a refund is due, it is processed through the same payment route.

Refunds go back through Lemon Squeezy to the card or PayPal account you paid with. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your card issuer or PayPal, usually a few working days.

Using the file

Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which calculates and collects any sales tax that applies in your country and shows it before you pay. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion.

If this policy changes

The version that applies to you is the one shown when you bought. Later changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
